German Shepherds are generally known for their loyalty, work ethic, trainability and smarts, and as owners of this phenomenal breed, we can attest to all those things and more! We LOVE German Shepherds, and are striving to contribute to the progress of the breed as we test each of our dogs beforehand for orthopedic issues, degenerative myelopathy, eye problems, etc. ensuring that only the healthiest and most well-tempered dogs are bred.

We take special care of our dogs in only allowing our Dams to be bred every other heat, and only a few times throughout the span of their life. Our dogs are our beloved pets, not business assets, and we take care of them each as FAMILY.

Our dogs vary from working lines and show lines, and their hard-working drive is always apparent! We breed only the best, and as such, want to ensure that our puppies go home to the same. We would love to welcome you into the NearShire circle, and we look forward to working with you!
